Petitioner is accused in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.04 of 2016 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the I.P.C.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended by the Police in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016 registered under Sections 357/380 of the I.P.C., after recording the confessional statement, he has been remanded in the present case on 09.03.2016 and since then he is in custody. It is further submitted that petitioner is already on bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016.

No.19665 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.04 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
