The petitioner seeks bail in Matihani P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner entered into the house of his brother and made an attempt to commit rape with his sister-in-law.

It is submitted that the petitioner and the informant are Gotia and a civil suit is pending between the parties. The petitioner is in jail since 02.03.2015. He has already remained in jail for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
