The stolen tractor was found lying on road and petitioner and some others are said to be found standing near the aforesaid tractor. In course of investigation, the petitioner along with six other accused were arrested along with the aforesaid tractor but, subsequently, co-accused Sujit Kumar stated that with the help of petitioner, he committed theft of the aforesaid tractor of the informant. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since11.02.2016.
