JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 584 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 8.12.2018. The allegation against the petitioner is that he made an attempt to enter the examination center in place of his brother, Sharawan Kumar.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 8.12.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner,

No.7576 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Ratneshwar Kumar Singh, ACJM XII, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 584 of 2018.
