JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order 21.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4429/ 2021 on the ground that arms and ammunition have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is submitted that for recovery of arms and ammunition a separate case, that is, Piro PS case No. 80/2020 was lodged in which petitioner has already been released on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2020. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be
