The petitioner is an accused in Rosera P.S. Case No. 302 of 2014 registered under section 366-A IPC and seeks bail. The sister of the informant is said to have been kidnapped by the petitioner and others. The girl came back home immediately thereafter and made statement under section 164 Cr. P.C.(Annexure-2) Considering the fact that the girl was aged about 19 years and that she did not allege any misbehaviour by the petitioner as also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2014, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15061 of 2015 (3) dt.22-06-2015 2 / 2 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in Rosera P.S. Case No. 302 of 2014 on condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his own/close family member. No sooner the charges are framed, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
