Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by office when called upon to do so by the office. Petitioner's counsel submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 04-03-2021 vide Annexure-1 to bail petition.

Learned APP representing the State has submitted that petitioner has not approach the learned Court below for grant of bail after the last rejection.
