The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier twice rejected by order dated 14.07.2014 and 07.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 16174 of 2014 and 50661 of 2014 respectively on the ground that up till now charge has not been framed in the case and in near future trial is not likely to be concluded, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the death was caused within six months of the marriage and there is allegation of demanding dowry.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail again prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32251 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Sessions Trial No. 265 of 2014 arising out of Beur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-6, Patna.

However, the trial court is again directed to expedite the trial by taking the same on priority basis in view of amended provision of section 309 of the Cr.P.C.
