2. The following was passed on 22.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 21795 of 2023:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 948 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story in short is that on 11.11.2022 at 11 AM, the informant's son, namely, Vicky was shot dead by three unknown persons at the place of occurrence. It has been alleged by the informant that his son might have been killed on account of business rivalry. The present F.I.R was registered against unknown persons. Subsequently, seven persons were made accused after analysis of mobile data. The deceased was shot dead by pumping seven bullets in his body. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial."

I see no ground to review my earlier order. This application is dismissed.
