The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.140 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a of the Indian Penal Code and Seciton 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of one Katta and three cartridges from the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR is not clear from whom the same has been recovered . He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 2.8.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

No.3511 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.case No.140 of 2019. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
