JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are named in the first information report, but informant only claimed against the petitioners to this effect that the deceased had gone to the poultry farms of one co-accused Dilip Kumar and subsequently, his dead body was recovered. The informant only expressed his suspicion against the petitioners and no one has seen the actual killing of the deceased. Moreover, petitioners are in jail custody since 20.1.2016 and investigation against them appears to have already been completed.
