The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 188 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, Section 3 of the Oxygen Gas Cylinder Rules, 2016, Section 9 (B) of Explosive Act and Section 3 of the Pandemic Act 1897.
The petitioner is accused of black marketing of oxygen cylinder during the second phase of Corona. He is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5465 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 custody since 11.05.2021. Similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail.
Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-3, Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2021.
