====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 75 years. The allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that after receiving part of the consideration amount he demanded Rs. 3 Lakhs extra for getting the registration and as such the petitioner has been made accused in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Danapur, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019.
