The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 447, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the learned counsel relies on an order dated 17.08.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 4040 of 2022 to submit that the case of the petitioners is on a much better footing than the petitioners of the said case who were granted anticipatory bail by the said order. The learned

No.6322 of 2022(2) dt.17-08-2022 2/3 counsel next submits that as far as these petitioners are concerned as the informant with respect to petitioner no. 1 alleges that she snatched the chain and as far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, he has alleged to have assaulted the informant, his brother and father along with Saqueeb and others, the learned counsel thus submits that the injuries suffered by the informant and his brother are simple in nature and the father of the informant has received injury which is grievous but is on non-vital part of the body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as far as allegation of snatching of chain is concerned, the same is ornamental in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with
