2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdrawn this modification application on behalf of Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3.

3. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this modification application on behalf of Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. This petition has been filed for modification of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8658 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 order dated 18.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22243 of 2024 by this Court to the extent of further extension of period of surrender.

6. In view of reasons assigned in the petition, further six weeks' time from today is granted to Petitioner Nos. 1, 4 and 5 to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

7. Accordingly, order dated 18.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22243 of 2024 is modified to the above extent with respect to Petitioner Nos. 1, 4 and 5.

8. With the aforesaid directions, this application stands disposed of.
