The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 387 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51010 of 2015 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months in jail custody.

The petitioner is in jail since 15.7.2015 and he has already completed nine months in jail custody. Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Sanjeet Kumar Ram @ Sanjeet Ram, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19974 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.93 of 2015.
