The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the dispute arose while the land was being measured. Nageshwar Rai @ Nageshwar Prasad is alleged to have assaulted the informant Sanjay Kumar with Pharsa. Baleshwar Prasad petitioner no. 3 is alleged to have assaulted Shambhu Rai, father of the informant with Lathi. There is counter version being Adapur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014. There

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27814 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 is omnibus allegation against the petitioners and others. The injuries found on the person of Sanjay Kumar and Shambhu Rai is simple in nature. From the side of the petitioners also many persons are injured.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in Adapur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
