JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction with regard to the name of respondent no. 13. He is permitted to do so in course of the day. In the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the State are of the view that a direction to the District Magistrate, East Champaran to consider the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-6 to the writ application and take an appropriate decision thereon would be sufficient and in the interest of justice.

Till such decision is taken, status quo, as on today, shall be maintained.
All the parties, who may be likely to be affected by the decision of the District Magistrate, East Champaran, shall be given an opportunity of hearing.
