He is permitted to do so in course of the day. In the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the State are of the view that a direction to the District Magistrate, East Champaran to consider the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-6 to the writ application and take an appropriate decision thereon would be sufficient and in the interest of justice.
