2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.387 of 2024 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 11 named accused persons including the petitioners against whom there is allegation that petitioner No.3 was an order giver and petitioner No.1 had tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and petitioner No.2 had assaulted the father of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that from the F.I.R., it becomes clear that both informant and petitioners are resident of same village and they are relatives and only due to old land dispute, entire family members have been made accused. He further submits that for the said dispute, one Complaint Case No.836(C) of 2023 has been filed by the informant. He further submits that that due to the said land dispute, scuffling took place and injury has been caused from both the sides.
5. Learned Counsel further submits that from the F.I.R., it becomes crystal clear that the date of occurrence is 15.06.2024 whereas the F.I.R. has been lodged on 19.06.2024. He further submits that injury report has been called for and the said injury is simple in nature.
6. Counsel further submits that the petitioner No.3 is aged about 74 years having two criminal antecedent pending against him in which he is on bail. He further submits that the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 have one criminal antecedent which has been filed by the same informant in which they are on bail.
7. Learned Counsel also submits that petitioners'

8. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
9. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.387 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
