Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 302, 364, 120(B) & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and under Section-17 of CLA Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that the name of petitioner surfaced in this case in supplementary case diary-IV. Submission on behalf of petitioner is that the petitioner has been dragged in this case after ten years of the occurrence and moreover, except suspicion, there is nothing against him.
