JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on verification it was found that in place of the name of this petitioner in the matriculation certificate name of some other student was typed. In fact petitioner was not aware that wrong mark-sheet has been supplied to him. On coming to the knowledge of this fact, petitioner left the service in question. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.23400 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
