JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 The writ application is not fit to be entertained as the petitioner has got equally efficacious remedy by way of a Securitization application under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Investment of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act, 2002"). It is also not to be considered in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of United Bank of India Vs. Satyawati Tondon reported in (2010) 8 SCC 110.

The petitioner, if so advised, may move a securitization application before the appropriate forum and pray
