The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have sold stolen motorcycle to the informant but the informant before purchasing did not demand any papers from the petitioner.
It is submitted that the petitioner did not sale the motorcycle to the informant.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Desari P.S.
