The petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. C2/662 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.10.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 98.4 litres of Nepali liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5541 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2/662 of 2019.

In the event, the petitioner is found involved in similar case in future, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds in the instant case.
