ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment in Appeal dated 2.5.2015 in Criminal Appeal No. 29 of 2014/203 of 2006 passed by the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya.

Having perused the impugned Judgment, I do not find any irregularity in the same, the revision application stands dismissed. However, considering the period of custody from the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by the Petitioner.

In the aforesaid modification in sentence, the application stands disposed off.
