JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Accusation is that in course of search of a bus two persons started to flee away but both were apprehended by the police who disclosed their names Ramesh Kumar Singh and Savita. On search one country made pistol along with one live cartridge and cash of Rs. 50,000/- were recovered from this petitioner and from the possession of Savita Devi one live cartridge and cash of Rs. 50,000/- have been recovered. No.19388 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 of the petitioner is that after apprehending by the police the petitioner has been remanded in Sasaram (Model) P.S.Case No. 599 of 2015. He was also accused in Bihata P.S.Case No. 49 of 2014 under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. In present case, the petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rishikesh Gupta, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S.Case No. 629 of 2015.
