The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 50 of 2019 registered under Section s 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that in the instant case, the complaint case is lodged after lapse of eight days of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

P.C.
