Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 26.03.2015 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, deceased died within 21⁄2 years of her marriage in other than normal circumstance but taking into consideration that investigation, against the petitioner has already been completed, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra
