Petitioner is accused in connection with Mehush P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R.that Mehush P.S. Case No.02 of 2016 was instituted on the basis of information of Ashok Ram regarding the murder of wife of his younger brother Gita Devi against Sadhu Yadav having illicit relation with her. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Sadhu

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19418 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 Yadav. Except that, there is no tangible material to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.02.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Mehush P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016.
