Patna High Court MJC No.182 of 2020(5) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 that the order of this Court dated 14.05.2019, passed in CWJC No.8723 of 2019 has substantially stood complied with, whereafter, the petitioner herein had also filed a fresh writ petition bearing CWJC No.4565 of 2020, challenging the order of termination of his services and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, by a judgment dated 08.10.2024, has quashed the same and directed the petitioner to be reinstated in service. Thus, it is jointly submitted that the present petition be disposed off.

2. A copy of the aforesaid judgment dated 08.10.2024, passed in CWJC No.4565 of 2020 has been handed over to this Court, which is taken on record.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
