2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 710.7 liters of illicit Nepali country-made liquor has been recovered from four seized motorcycles and petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the spot. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
