The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394, 398 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown persons for robbery of his truck. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in jail since 19.02.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
