JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 In view of the stand taken by the respondent no.3 in the second supplementary counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would make an alternative submission whereunder the petitioner should be compensated for the area of land belonging to him which has been utilized by the respondents.
Learned counsel for the Power Company submits that the petitioner may raise his claims towards compensation for the said land, if so advised, before the learned District Judge in accordance with Section 16 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.
