Petitioners seek bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No.324 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420, 34 of IPC and Sections 30(a), 38(1),41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Further submits that petitioners have not apprehended at the spot. Nothing has been recovered from their conscious possession. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8826 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 custody since 18.12.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Second Additional District & Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No.324 of 2019.
