The petitioner seeks bail in Govindganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of the NDPS Act. 1kg Ganga was recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle of the petitioner for that he is in jail since 30.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015.
