Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has died. Apart from that, a counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondentState, which suggests that the said encroachment was not over the land of the petitioner, it was over the Government land and the same has been removed by the authority concerned.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
