JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-11-2020 This case has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is a typographical error in the order dated 12.10.2020. In the satisfaction portion, in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 252 of 2019", inadvertently, "Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P. S. Case No. 396 of 2019" has been typed.

It appears from the earlier orders passed in this case that the case relates to Sakra P. S. Case No. 252 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5047 of 2020(7) dt.23-11-2020 2/2 In that view of the matter, the order dated 12.10.2020 is modified to the extent that the designation of the court below be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and the case no. be read as Sakra P. S. Case No. 252 of 2019".

The order is modified to the extent indicated above.
