The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83962 of 2019, titled as Anish Kumar Jha @ Anish Jha Vs. The State of Bihar, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with the condition that he will pay such of the amount which stood transferred by the complainant into the account of the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of the order.

Earlier modification petitioner was allowed on 11.08.2021 in the vide order dated 18.12.2019 with observation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10662 of 2022(3) dt.27-02-2023 2/2 that the petitioner shall comply with the directions contained in Clause (h) with a period of one week from today. But the petitioner could not furnish his bail bond in the prescribed period because the said order was received in the court after expiry of the said period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bond of the petitioner as the petitioner is ready to comply with the directions contained in Clause (h) within period of one week.

As prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the time be further extended for three weeks after receipt of the said order in the Court below to furnish the bail bond of the petitioner with direction that petitioner shall comply with the directions contained in Clause (h) within a period of one week. Accordingly, the order dated 27.02.2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
