2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased. The name of the petitioner has come in the case on the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.

6. The petitioner must surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
