JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act and 47A of Excise Act. Accusation is recovery of one country made pistol and six bottles country made liquor, each containing 400 ML from the house of the petitioner whereas on search of the house of Amarjeet Sah, six empty cartridges and two live cartridges were recovered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 03.03.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing
