The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.35 of 2016 registered under Sections 370, 371 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and also Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners were running a brothel from where six girls were recovered who have stated before the police that it was the petitioners, who had induced them to join profession of prostitution, I am not inclined to grant them bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and
