The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 498A, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are father-in-law and husband of the informant. The informant made allegation that her father-in-law and husband assaulted her and made attempt to kill her at one occasion due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted that all the allegations are false and concocted. The informant does not want to live with her husband and her in-laws and that is why this false case has been lodged. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28357 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 are in jail since 19.05.2015, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 203/ 2015.
