====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 379, 504, 506, 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and one co-accused Amrit Ravidas are said to have given sword blows to Pramod Pal but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co-accused Amrit Ravidas has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court.

No doubt, injured appears to have sustained altogether five injuries but with a view to maintain the parity of justice, let
