JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are accused in a case registered under Sections 370 and 374 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is that the police on receiving secret information about carrying twelve (12) children by the mediator for taking work at Delhi from them, the police raided Kishanganj Railway Junction where 12 children were apprehended and at that time seven persons started to flee away but out of them petitioners were apprehended who disclosed their names and their five other associates.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, the informant and the apprehended children are of the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19398 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 village and the children were taken to Delhi for study in Madarsa. The petitioners having no criminal antecedent are in custody since 25.03.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No. 06 of 2016.
