The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 216/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 124(a) and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of the Arms Act and 16, 18, 20 and 25 of the UAP Act. The police raided Diara area and apprehended four persons, namely Md. Naushad @ Pago, Md. Jahir, Md. Perwej and Md. Mangli and from their possession arms and ammunitions were recovered. Apprehended accused persons are said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused Md. Afroj @ Doman has already been enlarged on bail vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29603 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19054/2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 216/2013. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
