Khata No. 85/6 and 120, fully detailed in para no. 3 to this petition which has been exclusively recorded in the name of Chalitra Bhgat, now dead, the father of respondent no. 9 and 10 though the

Apparently, it is purely question of title, which the petitioner intends to raise in the present writ application, which is not permissible.
