JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER --------------- 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Pachrukhi Police Station Case No.298 of 2014 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and in-laws due to non fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is farther-in-law of the deceased and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19267 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 fact, the deceased herself committed suicide due to misunderstanding with her husband and on investigation, the police submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of the Indian Pena Code in the case.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.
