Agarawal, learned Senior Advocate, in presence of Mr. Alok Ranjan, learned advocate for the State, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua for the redressal of his grievances.

Should a representation/appeal be filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua

Patna High Court CWJC No.24444 of 2018(3) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 within a period of two weeks, the same shall be entertained by him and after affording hearing to the necessary parties, he shall dispose of such appeal/representation within a period of sixty days thereafter by a reasoned order.

Needless to state that no order shall be passed without hearing the respondent no. 7.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
