2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of 1st A.C.P. in accordance with law since 09.02.2014.
3. Counsel submits that in similarly situated situation, this Hon'ble Court has decided a case in which grievances of the other similarly situated persons have been settled.
4. Counsel for the State raised objection and submits that the State of Bihar through its General Administrative Department has notified the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019. According to which every
Patna High Court CWJC No.3298 of 2020(3) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 government servants having grievances relating to promotion, A.C.P., M.A.C.P., etc., shall file a complaint before the Service Grievance Redressal Officer.
5. In this background, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to raise his grievances before the Service Grievance Redressal Officer with all points which he has raised in the writ petition as well as annexing the order of the writ on which he is relying and the District Magistrate, Nalanda shall pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with the Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019 within 60 days from the date of production of the order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
