ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 21.05.2014 passed by the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger in Sessions Case No. 308 of 2012 by which he has refused an application filed under Section 7(A) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000. Considering that now the trial is at the advance stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The Application is dismissed.

It will always be open to the Petitioner to proceed in accordance with the provisions of law.
